Binge eating disorder has a specific diagnostic criteria and it's something you really would need to talk to your doctor about.

start tracking again all your food an exercise. Find your calorie balance point then drop it back a bit. Accept that you are going to have to always watch this and that you may not be able to eat what others eat. But being slim is such a great reward its worth it. check into the vsg maintenance group and read old posts about regain struggles. It will help you.  Diane S

  1. Get all junk food out of your home and away from you at work. You can't eat peanut-butter cookies if they're not in the house. Stock up on healthy proteins, vegetables and fruit (if you can handle it).
  2. Get out the guideline sheets you received from your surgeon and nutritionist before surgery and reread them to reacquaint yourself with the rules of post-VSG eating. High-quality protein first and always. A few healthy carbs in the form of fresh non-starchy vegetables and a bit of fruit.
  3. Track every morsel you eat on a site like myfitnesspal.com. Be religiously fanatic about this habit. You'll be able to see which unwanted and unhealthy calories are creeping into your diet and eliminate them. 
  4. Start exercising if you're not already. Exercise doesn't impact weight loss like calorie-restriction does, but it revs up your metabolism to burn calories more efficiently. It also does wonders for your heart, lungs, and muscles and your health in general.

It's just a matter of going back to basics. Allow your sleeve to work for you as it did right after surgery. If you do your part, the sleeve will do its part. It's a match made in heaven!
