A day late but still stopping in.  

B - chile, bacon, protein pancake

S - latte

L - leftover chicken and pasta

S - protein shake

D - tilapia, Brussel sprouts and sweet potato

S - movie popcorn and candy 

E - bear complex 5×7 (clean, front squats, push prest, back squat, push press)   7 min am rap 3 thruster, 3 chest to bar  (add 3 reps each round)
