Today is the first day of my winter term class, and I had to go to court in another county because of an assault I witnessed a few months ago.  But now I'm back home to do homework!  

1: protein shake
2: protein bar + beef jerky
3: no idea since the guys are deciding.  I can't cook since my kitchen is prepped for painters to come tomorrow morning

exercise: yoga

Crazy 14 hour day!

Breakfast/lunch: coffee, black, with a dollop of Fairlife.

Meal #1: low carb lettuce wrap, plain greek yogurt.

Meal #2: beef chili (?) probably.  I think it's low carb beef chili, anyway!  We'll find out tonight for sure, ha.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
