The premier protein is already made to drink. No mixing needed. Just open the top and pour into your coffee.

If you can find this stuff: buy it. It's thick, creamy, and the stats aren't terrible.

Half and half is only 40 calories per 30ml. I use 30ml per 16 ounces of coffee. I drink 48 to 64 ounces of coffee a day that is 120 to 160 calories a day. Sometimes I have heavy cream if I am running low on fat for the day.

I drink my cold brew black, maybe you could try that.

What are you putting in your coffee? Something fake?

I've tried going vegetarian post-op, I found it impossible.

My mom uses half and half. I haven't tried it. Maybe I will do taht. I have sugar free coffee flavors too so it's just the creamer i need to replace not the sugar.

You've been complaining about your high-calorie coffee since January 2015. I really hope you can actually take some advice to heart this time and come up with a solution.
