It's worth noting that this is post-op for plastic surgery, not weight loss surgery. Velveeta shells and cheese is definitely NOT on plan. (And was definitely not on plan for post-op with my VSG. The way I'm eating right now is NOT a shining example of post-VSG compliance.)

S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and an apple

Well the rain is holding off for now, but the clouds (and the weather report) make me suspect it is not finished yet. Lots of rain means the pool is greenish, yuck and is in need of chlorine and a vacuum. The dogs, the kid, and me are all feeling a little cabin feverish. This morning I spent time creating a logo and ordering business cards for the shop we are building. My husband and I are opening our own deer processing business this fall, and we are so excited! Lots of hunters around here and not many places to take the deer for butchering. The neighborhood is buzzing about it already. And hopefully in the future we will be state certified to process cows and pigs as well. We raise our own pigs here on our little farm.

Hello everyone,

I'm soooooo late to the party again! Work is still crazy!

Accountability: I stayed on plan yesterday. I'v lost all but 1 lb of the 4lb weight gain I had from eating the fresh clams. I love them but they make me retain so much water every time I eat them. It's my fault as well cause I tend to drink the liqueur (their natural juice as well which is super salty but oh sooo good! As long as you don't drink the sand at the bottom of the bowl! LOL!

Menu is the same as yesterday.

B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice cheese

L: 3oz turkey breast

S: 1 1/2 oz turkey breast, 1/2oz proscuitto di parma

D: 1oz london broil, 1oz keibasa, 1/2 chicken breast, 1/4C sauteed onions & peppers

S: ostrim meat stick

Cals:686, Carbs:10, protein:95
