Thinking I am dealing with hiatel hernia #3. Ugh.
Oh don't let me worry you! I have been on these boards for years- I don't see any pattern at all of folks having multiple hernias like this. I have (had) a slew of other health issues relating to cancer, and other such issues that are now resolved- but I have to believe all of the puking associated with that stuff was not at all helpful to the hernia situation!

Hi Happyteacher, I had an Upper GI this morning and it confirmed I have another hiatal hernia and reflux after getting one fixed with my surgery in February. Sigh. I am thinking of having it fixed as I have met my high deductible and copays for the year because of my original VSG. But my GERD symptoms are currently controlled by a PPI, so part of me wants to stick my head in the sand and ignore it.
