How do you do this?? I'd like to post pictures with my blogs but its not working

HW:322 CW:180 1st goal: 150 2nd goal:125-130(im a shorty)

There may be other ways.. but this is how i do it...

Create an account on photobucket.com .. upload your photos there and then copy and paste the HTML code into the forum post :)
