Enjoy your weekend!!  I ordered 6 month's worth of Protein yesterday....YEAH   I've been dying for a Mint Cookie Protein drink but I had to wait until it was time to replenish my Lemon Tea.

Take a few minutes to plan out your weeks menus.  Planning ahead is one of the keys to being successful!!!!

HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

Hi Roz!  I have LOTS of protein in my cupboard but seem to just drink chocolate in my coffee anymore.  If I want something else its usually a chilled nectar cappacino.  Those are yummy!

Not sure whats on the menu today.  Tom made breakfast (yum) and we're going out for a lunch/dinner meal.

Totally forgot my vits yesterday and didn't get home until 1:30am.  Won't happen today....

B - coffee and spinach pie
L -leftover mexican enchiladas
D- out to dinner.  taco salad - no tortillas!  yea!!  and 2 beers

How are you doing today Jody?  I've been thinking about you. When is your last day of work?  

I wished I lked coffee.  My friend doesn't drink her protein so I got her a couple samples of the cappacinos.  I'm hoping she likes them and will start buying it.  I need to get some spinach recipes.   I love the faux mac n cheese everyone's been eating.

If I retire my last day is May 31st.  If I don't and "take my chances" and don't get a job, its September 9th. 

I like the capaccino both hot and cold.  Its refreshing cold mixed with 1/2 milk and 1/2 water.  I use a large shaker cup with a wire ball and put 2 scoops in it.  Yummy!

I'm sure she could put some flavorings in it too to mix things up a bit.

We have the grand baby this morning. I'm playing with these new snacks i talked about this morning. I have quite a few baby carrots and some celery to go with dip. I have some Baby Bel cheese rounds, peanuts and no NutThins or Rockin' Roll bars.

S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and a protein coffee 925g)
S - celery and baby carrot sticks with dip
S - 1/2 cup peanuts

Good morning all! Just hanging out today, slept in and missed yoga. I must have been tired, it was a long 13 hour shift yesterday. Getting my hair done at 1p, maybe I can get my son to help me with a new pic today.

Good Afternoon,
We had to make a trip to Home Depo this morning to pick up some repair supplies for the house and I needed another hanging basket for the front porch.   Now it's time to get busy at home.

B:  Isopure chocolate and Syntrax Vanilla Bean mixed w/ SF Starbucks

Hi Roz, that's great ordering your protein...I love those containers you have for storage too...

I have nothing really planned today for meals other than to keep it soft'ish...

I like the idea of planning the week ahead.  I will do that Sunday evening, and I need to order more protein powder, now that I've found a few that I like.

We've babysitting a Newfoundland puppy and she's got me all akilter.  Didn't eat breakfast, and nothing to drink til I hit Starbucks at noon for a protein latte. Then I was working along our creek for 3 hours picking up branches and logs that were deposited during last year's flood.  So I am way behind in eating healthy. 

Now I can see how people get in trouble if they don't have a plan.
