Gurgles go away...
I'm 4 years post-op and there isn't a day that goes by when I'm not apologizing to someone for the noises coming from my tummy!
Doubltful it's the PPI missed dose. Could be a passing thing or you may just be blessed with borborygmi (aka loud gurgles in the tummy).

Both are better than the farts and I do that with no knowledge of it coming all the time now. Fun. Not.

LOL...I don't mean to laugh but y'all just described me to a T just now...the gurgles, the belches, the farts. OMG I could just wish for an invisibility cloak or something! My husband will ask me (when he hears the gurgles) if I am hungry. I just say no, that's my new digestive system I guess.

Oh yes, I still gurgle quite loudly at times, almost 3 years out. I belch when I've eaten too much or too fast. It does make me feel better, and drives my daughter crazy!! No one else seems to care.
