does anyone know how to set the myfitnesspal ap to show the protein intake and carbs?
This is me 4-27-07, just 3 days before my surgery. 201 lbs

There is a tab labeled "settings"  Click on that
Under the heading of Nutrients tracked there are several pull down menus.  Choose protein for one, and carbohydrates for another.  I also track fat and calories, but not everyone does those two.  If sodium etc is important for you, you can also select those as well. 

On that same page, you can customize your meals.  I have Breakfast, Lunch, DInner, AM Snack, Afternoon Snack and Evening Snack.  You could also put a "meal" with vitamins, and include your vitamins as one of your "foods" .  That will help you track your daily vitamins.

Hi Eliza,

I just loaded MFP on my droid. Completed setting up an account. May I ask you a question? Why do they want to know my zip code and email address? Also, I found the settigngs tab, but don't see anything calle Nutirents or any pull down menus? Can you direct me where in more detail?

I use the tracker on OH.  It shows all that and I'm always here anyway so it is easy for me.
