Hi!

Yesterday was my one year surgiversary!!!

The sleeve is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I cannot believe how much better I feel. I am at goal, and plan to stay here.

I am still a work in progress that is for sure! I also am learning more each day on maintenance.

I will try and post some pics later this weekend - I am not too good at that!

Thanks to everyone here for the incredible support and knowledge that is shared on this board!

Happy surgiversary, Lynn.  It's been fun watching you progress and we are all figuring out maintenance together.

Congrats, Lynn...Happy surgiversary!

Yeah, losing it was easy compared to maintaining! That is a lifetime project.

You've done fantastic.

Congratulations on your first surgiversary!!! Way to rock your sleeve. Maintenance is where the rubber meets the road. Just keep practicing your good habits and you will be able to maintain.
