I need some more advise!

I am 4 mos out and I'm not at stall again but, I will loose a pound and gain 6 oz.  I went from loosing 3.5 lbs a week to loosing 1 lb a week.  I am thinking I should be loosing more than that at 4 mos out.  I did start exercising about the same time as my weight lose slowed down.  I am doing couch to 5k.  Its a walking and running app.  (walking and running for 30 mins). I've been doing this app for 2 weeks.  I'm wondering if this has something to do with it, since I may be adding muscle.  ???
The last time I stalled, I upped my protien to 100 grams a day, which I am still doing (see sample menu at bottom).  My NUT told me no more than 80 grams of protien and keep my calories between 600-800 up to 6 mos out.  I am also, wondering if maybe calories are too low. 
Please advise me on your thoughts....

Morning
20 oz crystal light upon rising
protien coffee (unflavored unjury)  20G
20 oz diet V8 splash w/protien 20G

Lunch is unusally one of the following
Wendy's chili w/cheese  20 G
or
edamame and cottage cheese  23 G
or
Wendy's Grilled Chicken sandwich NO BUN  21 G

Snack
protien coffee

Dinner
Usually the protien part of a lean cuisine 16-20 G
or
protien and a veggie

Sometimes I will eat grapefruit sections in their own juice  (45 cals)

Please give me your thoughts.....

I agree with the 100 grams of protein and it looks to me like your diet is about right. How many ounces of fluids a day?

I get between 80-100 oz of fluid a day usually in the form of crystal light.  Plain water sits heavy on my pouch.

Welcome to our LW Board!!!

I'm guessing you started with a low BMI so you are probably right on track. The more you weigh the more you are going to lose per month.  You have to figure the percentage you have lost not the pounds.

I think I was between 400-600 calories at about 4 months.  If I'm looking at your menu right you had 60 grams of Whey Protein?  I only count my Protein that I get through Whey and my goal is always over 100g.  Any protein I get from food is a bonus.

Everyone's different so just keep juggling things to see what works for you.

I had RYN (April 24, 2012).  Roz, one more question.  Should I get more way protein?  I could do more, but that is going to up my daily calories.  I use unflavored Unjury and it has 90 cals per scoop, so if I do 5 servings that almost 500 cals.  Then the food is about another 400 (I try to stay under 200 per meal).

If all of the Protein drinks you posted are Whey at 20g each then you are probably ok but it wouldn't hurt to add another one. 

I only count my Whey Protein now and eat low carb.

Is your Protein low carb and no sugar?  Are you getting other fluids in?

Yes, I use unflavored unjury.  When I make my protien coffee I use, 1 tbsp sugar free non dairy creamer, sugar free syurp and protien.  120 cals.

I usually get in 80-100 oz of fluids (crystal light) including the protien coffee.

Sounds like you are doing good.  Enjoy the pound a week and if you can increase the protein (through whey) then go for it and see if it helps.  When LW's ask about stalls I tell them to increase their whey for 3 days and then drop back down but you are still consistently losing.

i started slowing down at 5 months  i raised my protien to over 1hundred a day and lower my carbs to under 3o net  you will lose slower than a heavyweight but it will all come off most likely  the addional calories coming from protien wont hurt and may help
