What did you lose month 1,2,3 etc?  Not comparing, just curious!

I don't have that readily available but I was around 10 the first month, then maybe 8.  Around month 5, I slowed down to 1 a week more or less.  I found if I ate low carb, same number of calories, I lost steadily instead of stalling.  I kept that up until I hit my low of 111.  I never really stalled, always lost something to the end.

I'm not sure about monthly but I had my RNY Oct. 15th and at Christmas I had 43 pounds off. I lost slow compared to some of the others that had surgery around the same time as me but that's I did it during the WW days too. I would lose or gain 1/4 pound while many others would lose/gain 5 or 6 pounds.

I'm only a year out but I lost pretty slow 8-10 pounds the first four months then it has been tapering off from there. My surgeon said that was really normal for my start weight so I tried not to stress myself out too much but it's hard not to compare sometimes

- 10 pounds for months one and two. -8 for month 3. -5 or so the next couple of months, etc.  Made it to goal in 11 months and stopped right in the middle of the normal BMI range.  {happy camper}
