It's been 5+ years since the number 1 was the first number. I have to admit I was skeptical but after 6 weeks it's getting easier.

NSVs

My mom told me I look good.
My nieces and co-workers have noticed.
Not huffing & puffing anymore when walking around the block.
Sweets aren't even tempting.
Collecting a lot of infused water recipes on Pinterest.

I'm looking forward to taking full advantage of my tool. Excited to see what next month's weigh in brings.
