I have a fitbit that's keeping me moving!
Working out and continue to lose weight.
I will get there by continuing to go to the gym and exercise frequently.

Keep doing what I'm doing, with small amounts, drink lots of water and exercise
1st step is the surgery 2nd step doing everything that I can to get to my goal weight and being able to get off these medications and hopefully will be able to work out these kinks that I have and shouldn't have at 32.
