Add more exercise daily pushing enough so that I progress without injuring myself but daily pushing, weekly pushing as I progress push MORE. Also working on breathing exercises to help during/after surgery.

I already walk during my breaks at work which is 30 mins total for the day
Just can't seem to get myself motivated. Just walking is painful with lower back pain, leg numbness.
I need to start exercising, but I hate it! I purchased a stepper and need to start 15 mins 3X week!
I am searching for a program I enjoy. Jazzercise, yoga, weight lifting with a personal trainer.
We all could use a little of this. due to my back being the way it is exercise has been very limited

It's so HARD! I hate exercising but I know I must, must, must do it. HELP!!
Because of my weight I cannot exercise (my feet hurt). I hope surgery will help change this!
