i am new to this group

I am new to this group. I need help to restart, I have gained 40 to 50 of my pounds back. I have gotten depressed and into a funk because of medical issues I have. Parahypothyroidism and paget's disease. My lab results are all coming back to normal. I need to get refocused and back on track. I think I need an accountability partner.

I know the feeling  I am 5 years out. have some heart problems. and have been depressed.  I lost my only son in december and have been very depressed since.  i have gained a little bk but it is going back down now.  take care and god bless you.
