Re sent release form to Billings clinic to send medical records said would have it done in 7-10 days uhg..... sent the first one July 5th and called and left msg all of last week. Hopefully soon Judy has all my paperwork she needs : )Psych eval was suppose to be mail today ...getting closer had that done July 20th told Dr office would have the report in 2 wks guess it is on there time not mine : (
Hopefully soon I'll be closer
