weekend

this weekend my sister and husband are coming in to town and she wants to have a cookout and all the sides with so cake. she is killing me. my thing is i don't want to smell the food because i can't have it .i want to be there for my sister and brother in-law i am the foodie and i cook all the time now i can't it is killing me (my family haven't had a decent meal in months) ...the reason  this is hard for me iam an emotional eater and a grazer i never tell myself no until now.
