My name is Dina.  i have been thinking about  bariatric surgery for sometime. my hightest weight was 270.iam at a cross road i don't know if i  want  lapband or RNY.(i picked rny)
i have always been the heavyest of my sisters,and lost in there beauty.i am married to a great man David and i have 5 children and a dog.iam looking for my self esteem to sore. iam 39 and i look older  because of the weight and the gray hair.i want to look goood for me, but iam a wife i look older then my husband.i wanted this surgery 11 years ago and talked my self out of it not again.
