6 Months post op

Good morning all,

Today I am feeling quite wonderful. I am 6 months post today and down 52 lbs. I haven't checked my inches yet, but I will later this afternoon. I cannot begin to explain how this tool has helped me. I am feeling more confident that I will be where I want to be. Although everyday isn't perfect, and I am still having the food mind games, I have faith that things will work out perfectly.
