Good morning all,

Today I am feeling quite wonderful. I am 6 months post today and down 52 lbs. I haven't checked my inches yet, but I will later this afternoon. I cannot begin to explain how this tool has helped me. I am feeling more confident that I will be where I want to be. Although everyday isn't perfect, and I am still having the food mind games, I have faith that things will work out perfectly. Happy Monday.

I am exactly 1month post op today. i took a picture yesterday just for my current reference and used to a pictures that i took wk 1 of my preop diet. I have had a stall already, but i guess i could've been loosing inches instead. any how, i am dwn 17lbs and 7.5 inches since surgery and 21.7lbs dwn since preop. So, it's coming off good.well it sems like i cant add the pics here, but you can see them in my pictures.

I'm so very excited. This time tommorow I'll be in my private room. Seemed a little like forever, but when I look at how long I suffered with health issues here n there, it's no time. Have my bag packed, and ready. I'm to arrive at 7 am n the morning, but I'll probably be sitting in the car at 3. Lol ..... Time to go . We'll I'll check back in on my way in. So i have 1 week to go. I'm so unbelievably ready to officially start this journey. I understand that it's a challenge and im on it. Looking for a healthier and brighter future. Next Tuesday, here i come!
