Broke 210lbs...AND then some!

I weighed in at 207.8lbs this morning! The stall is broken!! I was really getting frustrated because in the passed 3 months, I have only lost 4 lbs. I couldn't get the carb monster to stop controlling me. I have been getting back to the gym and drinking about 100 oz of water. I really think drinking half your body weight of water everyday is a large factor to losing weight. I went to a Zumba class last night and I finished it! The last time I tried Zumba, it kicked my butt and left me scared to try it again. That was when I weighed about 250 lbs. I reached down to tie my shoes, then I couldn't get up. I was so embarrassed! This time, I was worried that the same thing would happen, but to my surprise, I did great!! I did bring water this time (might hav had something to do with it) Anyway, I'm so happy with my loss today and my sleeve rocks!!
