Really long time!!

 So, I haven't posted or even visited this website in YEARS!!  Looking at my last post & seeing that I was 284 lbs pre-op & now am at 276 lbs, it just confirms what I knew, I am a lapband failure.  Of course I can't say that it's exactly the bands fault, it's not like for the past 8 years I have followed "the rules", believe me I haven't.  All this to say that right now I am considering the RNY bypass.  I wonder how many people on here have converted from the band to another surgery.  I would actully love to have the DS, but that surgery seriously scares me.  So tomorrow I am calling my insurance company to see if they still cover WLS & what I need to do from there....I guess we'll see.
