Well, actually my anniversary was yesterday, but I am thrilled with my decision to have my RNY. I am at goal and maintaining it!! I get in my protein and water daily. Continue to follow the rules about 98% of the time......hey, I am human. I really want to be a good example to my friends and family of a "good post op" and not regain the weight. Support groups have helped as has OH and my wonderful hubby. Thanks everyone for your support. Well, Christmas is here upon us soon, and I distantly remember being on clear liquids 2 yrs ago. :-) Well, I had better schedule my 2 yr followup with my surgeon soon. Blessings, Carol
