Beginning the Journey

I went to the information seminar today for Bluegrass Bariatrics, Dr. Weiss. I was very impressed. He had so much information and seemed so proud to be doing that for a profession. I left feeling so much better about having decided to have WLS. I knew nothing about the sleeve, but now I am leaning toward having that procedure. Now to wait for insurance approval, and do the 6 months of "diet". My insurance will accept WW, so I think that is the way to go. It is the most convenient, affordable and sensible program available. Looks like I won't be having any surgery until the spring.
