I got my letter!

My insurance approved my surgery! I am excited, but nervous. This is going to be a major life change. I am looking forward to my new body, but not all the work it wil take. Not to mention the surgery itself and the recovery after. I have started seeing a therapist every week. It really helps having someone to talk to that has not agenda regarding my surgery. She is supportive regardless of what decision I make about my surgery. She helps give me new perspective about food and my life. The insurance was a big milestone, but I am not done with everything I need todo for my surgery. My surgeon wants my heart checked. After that I have to see the surgeon, attend a post op food class, get the surgery scheduled and pay my portion of the surgery.
