Hello to all how is everyone doing i am new to this question for ya do we all have to write letters to our insurance co to approve the surgery i already went to a seminar and my first apt with the surgeon and hand in my paper work is march 21 i know i have alot of work head of me but i am ready stopped the smoking already::::::::::::::hoping everything will be done by the summer looking to get the surgery by june or aug..............
