Hello all and how is everyone doing i am great it will be 6weeks post op and the past two days i am on vaca in wildwood nj and wow is it hard not to eat all that food on the board walk but i am good i had veggie soup a lil of it and a bite of a shrimp today i had seafood soup from this china place had a lil of that to didnt cheat thank god and all that stuff is bad but smells soooo good
