Decided to do the 14 day liquid diet pre-op

Thanks to all of that posted to my previous post asking whether you actually fasted pre-op. I have decided to go ahead and do the liquid fast.
I want an uneventful procedure and if this will help in anyway I'm willing to give it a shot.
Besides I need to give myself a jump start. Since my surgery previous date of 3/31 was postponed I have gained 7 lbs in 16 days !!!! Not good. Just goes to prove I am an emotional eater and was very disappointed when I couldn't have my surgery.
Thing is I didn't even binge. I just stopped fasting. My metabolism is shot to pieces. I'm praying this wls is the the fix.
I enjoy exercising. My body just isn't responding like it used to.
