I do not know if this is unusual but I have not felt restriction YET!!! The only time I felt restriction was right after surgery when everything was swollen and in the healing process. My doctor assured me that I should feel restriction this time. He was aggressive and put in a full cc.We'll see.... I had lost 9 lbs since I visited him last which was 4 weeks ago but that is all due to sweating it out in the gym with my girl Nieka !!!
It's great having a work out buddy. Someone to challenge you, or just to see a friendly face when you get to the gym.
I'm learning so much from OH.
