I'm back at work! I am feeling good. No pain meds since Thursday, and I used those to sleep better. Was released from the hospital on Wednesday. Had trouble with fluids...getting enough, but now I'm smooth sailing. I discovered the more I fretted about the fluids the harder it was to get them. Belly still isn't a fan of cold liquids.Surgery lasted longer than they had anticipated. I had a hernia removed as well. I walked the floors of the hospital most of the night on Monday to ease the stomach/gas pains...it worked!
The weight is steadily dropping. I know it will slow. I'm just amazed by the number on the scale. No difference in my clothes, it will happen.
Hubby is close to hitting goal for his pre-surgery weightloss. He should be scheduling his surgery by tomorrow! YEAH! So excited for him.
