194  wow 2 lbs in a month   I dont feel as if i will lose any more  I had this surgery to still weigh 200 almost  wow  and im not eating alot either   i need to get back to basics i guess. 
On my way to tenn for 5 days then to florida for the month of july n part of aug  I hope I lose weight there
