Next baby steps

I've been accepted by the surgeon into their program.  Yea!  Now, for the next baby step that will determine how long it will be until my surgery.  The big question is, what will my insurance require?  Will my history of weight loss be enough so that the surgery can be scheduled within a couple months, or, will I have to follow a program for 6 months?  Tomorrow I will call and fight that battle.  Why am I view this as a battle?  Maybe it's because I've already been fighting the weight battle for so long and the WLS is the big marker for turning it around.  I don't want to wait 6 months. Don't have a choice, though, do I.  We'll see what tomorrow brings.
