I can breathe!

So, I have some actual "me time" to breathe and get everything done around the house and pick up a birthday present for my cousin's son, Isaac. My Grandma is watching my two little monkeys for a couple of hours and it feels like Christmas morning! I love my babies so much, don't get me wrong, but getting time to clean, relax a little and run a couple of errands alone is a huge gift to a mama!

So, I am currently at 281 pounds. Lost another pound!

Last night I ate 1/2 of a cup of refried beans, (it took me about 3 hours) and it was seriously the best thing I've eaten since my surgery. Oh my goodness, they were so good! My 13 month old liked them too, so we shared, but I got the majority of it!

Tomorrow I get to see my Aunt Susan and cousin Christina and her family. I haven't seen anyone since my brother's wedding a year and a half ago, so I am very excited! Christina's son, Isaac (3) is going to be having his birthday party!  They won't notice me weighing any different, because at my brothers wedding I was the same weight I am now, maybe even a little less. But, I don't think many people will notice any difference until I get under 250. Especially since in my adult years I've yo-yo'd between 250ish and 300ish. 

Also, tomorrow afternoon, I'm going to drop the girls off with my Grandma (again) and go to my moms house. It will be her 50th birthday and I want to pamper her! Give her a massage, a pedicure and all that. I usually find a way to give her a gift for free, and she seems to like it much better than something store bought. For mother's day I cleaned out her walk in pantry, which let me tell you, was a mess! But, my mom is so incredibly good to me and her grandbabies that it's the least I can do. She has such a strong agape love for me. She is the best mom in the world...  Plus, she works 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. Hold high positions in the USDA union, does volunteer mediation for the city of Dallas and a ton of other things. I don't know how she does it all!
