Still here

Hi Peeps-

IDK how many months/years later, you are still on my mind and in my heart. I have been contracting for the last eleven months and hoping to be hired w/ benefits in June. Had a friend of mine check and yes, their insurance covers bariatric surgery! My prayers and hopes and dreams are that they will hire me on soon full-time and I will begin my journey once again.  Revision surgery all I dream of.....all I want like so many is to remove the elephant in the room which is my weight.  I want to stiop believing if not for my weight....If I were skinny...if I were not this big.  i would love to get gastric Bypass because the lap-band was not my help I sought.  Three years and some weeks later and I am the same weight I was pre-op.  I am disappointed. I am ashamed, but I have hope.  Please pray for me and give me the strength and faith to pray for myself. I am again on the journey.
