"My initial impression of Dr. Williams was that he was well spoken, patient and that I had his undivided attention. The office staff were pleasant and organized. The pre and post-op support was presented to me multiple times and I fetl that I would not have a problem communicating with any of the staff. The nutritionist and nurse practicioner made sure I knew that I could call/e-mail them with any questions or concerns. "I always expect hospitals to be impeccably clean because of them being hospitals but HUP was only close but that's just me. Otherwise my care was excellent I would always recommend Dr. Williams!"
