4th Fill..

Well, I had my 4th fill a few weeks back and I can finally really feel this band. Yesterday at lunch I must have eat too fast and coughed up some of the food.  I felt a lot of pressure too... it was a great reminder that Lola (my band) is there doing her thing! It really is a good check and balance when you start getting off track.

I am officially below the 200 poung mark and am very very happy!!! Still have a good 40lbs to go but I am on my way! Slow and steady wins the race as they say!   I tell ya, I am soooo in love with this band!
