One week in the record books...

Well today is 9/18 and I have been officially banded for 8 days. I am shocked how fast these 8 days have gone and how much better I am feeling.  I still have some pulling at the port site but other then that I feel pretty darn good.  The liquid diet is not as bad as I thought it would be and I have to say I have not felt truly hungry.  So far so good.. YEAH!

I have my post op apt on Monday and hopefully they will let me move on to the wonderful world of puree foods... never in my life would I think I would have been excited for this stage! hehehehe.
