Last night I ate like a pig.

Okay, I off the wagon. Yesterday in a span of 5 hours I ate a entire box of shells and cheese and two huge bowls of Lucky Charms cereal! I don't even know why I did it. I have been craving my old comfort foods for a while but why didn't I just eat my 1/2 cup size serving?
Oh well, forgive and move on. Oh, and needless to say, the scale hasn't moved at all!
