Well today I went to the Outback and had all of my favorites from there. After the fact, I felt ill I was so full. I have to be honest though, it took my mind off of all of the thoughts that were running around my head with the upcoming date. It is good that there are so many people to talk to during this time. I talked to my friend that had her surgery about 3 months ago. She lost 50 pounds already and is doing well. I just hope with all my other issues that I am able to lose at a steady pace and also come out of surgery well.
