A good week

I had a very productive week! I was inspired by my husband's victory for his company's version of The Biggest Loser. He won and has become even more sexy. So I joined him in the gym. I decided to join a gym and get myself a personal trainer. I knew the trainer was an essential part of my plan. If I just join the gym, I know myself...I will eventually give up and stop going. If I get a trainer, I have someone to kick my ass into gear and I have to meet someone there. So far so good. I have worked out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I have up'ed my cardio each day and I'm sore, which means I did something right lol. I managed to do the elliptical on wt loss program for 35min, which is HUGE for me. Now if I can figure out how to stop the extra snacking. I do soooo good all day and then I sit and have tad bit more of something I'm not supposed to eat.

So my goal for this weekend and week...Go to the gym atleast 5 days out of 7. I have to work thru the monthly disaster and crazy work week. I really am exhausted, but I'm excited. This time next year, I'll be TWICE THE WOMAN w/ HALF THE ASS!!!
