It looks like I have lost just about 10 lbs while being on this liquid pre-op diet. I know that it is just water weight, as I am peeing like a racehorse every couple of hours, but I will take it at this momentWOW - 12 more days!!!
I received a call from my Dr's office today asking how I was doing on the Medifast. So nice that they are checking on me. Was told she would call again next week to see how I am doing.
I am very proud of myself for not eating anything else that I am not allowed to eat. Three days of this might not seem a lot to some but to me its a great deed.
And I feel okay still on this diet. No headache today so all is fab.
