Now surgeon wants a fee for a consult, after total FAIL

Dr. Gagner has been alerted of my total failure, and he asked for an upper GI and bloodwork to be done. So I did it and sent it to him. In order to reply and advise me after, he is asking for a 100 dollar fee, probably to tell me there is nothing he can do for me. Why the fee, for a damn phone call? This is bullshit, I feel like suing him. I self paid 15 grand for this DS, and I gained 30 pounds since. What a waste. I am a total fail here!! Dont't put all your trust in the DS!!
