ds is coming for real

Well no more dreaming of DS, I have a date, April 29th. My weight now is 185. Sickening. I am so damn lazy and stupid. I let this happen, now we are paying for it that's for sure. Well I guess next time I write will be after the surgery. I am terrified. And feel so hateful towards myself for letting this get so out of control. This is all because of being out of my job that I loved so much.
