I just recorded a new weight loss. My first fill is next Tuesday. Tonight I am going mall walking with my boyfriend. I had the Realize Band, but I find their web site to be very slow and difficult to navigate. I am happy with OH's Health Tracker. It is easy to use. I am looking for some creative ideas for exercise in this cold Wisconsin weather.
