Weight in

8/25/10 It has been a struggle to lose weight my weight is up & down everyday. My weakness is lays chips. My husband love candy & cookies & I have no control when it in the house. I try to walk at least 3x a week 10,000 steps. Today I went for my 2nd visit for diet weight in. My weight at Dr. office 236, my home scale 233. I manage to lose a lb from Dr scale since last visit probably could have lost more if i was working. I gain one and half lb from home scale from last visit. When i was working i was drinking protein shake but since I'm not, I eat while at home hopefully I'll get work soon and do the protein shake while at work again. I been out of work for over a month now. Also I'm still waiting for dietitian to call me to schedule my 3rd appointment for next visit. I will edit this once she call me, just not sure if she will call today. Went to visit my grandpa today I was getting compliment of how my skin look & so I'm hoping my iron level are up or it could be tan from walking, I did the lab today but will get the result Aug 31st. I'm really afraid of getting a band over bypass but I really want to get to healthy weight and feel I need help. I don't want another major surgery. I use to be 5'4 3/4 but with age I'm now tad under 5'4 I lurk on Lap Band everyday too see what everyone going through some are not so good. I wish the ladies that had a BOB would update more to let us hopeful know how they are doing with weight loss good or bad we really need to hear it. My long term goal is to be at healthy weight for my height but meanwhile I have small goal which changes when I get close to goal like by 2-3 lbs or less only for my sanity lol but if I do get the BOB my first goal be 199.
