3rd Dietitain visit and one more to go

9/28/10 Ok visit is done I weight in at 232 at Dr office & 228.5 on home scale. My goal is weight in at 227 or 222 on Dr scale for my last supervise Diet appt. Oct. 25th that mean i need to weight at least 224 or 219 on home scale by then. Sorry if confusing. What I do for exercise is walk 10,000 steps and listen to my music on mp3 when at the park but when I'm at work no music. When I'm working I drink instant breakfast before going in and at lunch maybe protein bar or turkey deli lunch meat dietitain doesn't recommend Special K so i brought some protein bar from my Dr. office. Protein shake around 4:30pm and eat dinner when I get home and usually left over chili bean I prepare for my husband and I because I work 12 hrs 3 days a week and in no mood to cook when I get home. And yes I drink 64 oz water and constantly going to bathroom lol.
