12/23/11 First mini goal is reach today.
I'm now obese again. Next mini goal is 229. Going to try to update everytime i reach my small goal. Getting the Dr to lower my blood pressure medicine was the best decision. He really didn't wont to make any change. I been checking my b/p and it's been fine so far. I see PCP Jan 24. to get result cholesterol and thyroid he wanted check.
