6 Months ... WoooHooo!

Jul 11, 2011

Well I cant say its been an "easy" journey, but I would so do it again and recommend anyone thinking about it to at least thouroughly do your research to see if its right for you.

Havent needed my sleep apnea machine since about month 1.  Blood pressure has gotten so much better.  My depression seems a lot better too.

Am over most of the head-food issues.  Still struggling to get enough protein and all my vitamins in every day.  Just this last week I have noticed that I am enjoying the food I am eating and not just eating because I had to, still not doing milk too afraid to risk it I think.  Still have only dumped the one time (at day 8).

I am starting to have more energy and do things.  Love not being winded when doing just about anything.  Love finding the bargain in the new size of clothes I am wearing, still feel sometimes like its a fun house mirror and who I see isnt quite real.

Right now I'm at 160, down from 243 in mid December.  I havent been regularly tracking my weight - too much life going on around me and think that has been good.  I havent even noticed if I've had any stalls.  I do need to get the camera out and get some "afters" as I had wanted to do monthly after shots, but that didnt happen either.

Well gotta get to work, Have a Great Day!!
